Jeco Plastics has more than 35 years experience designing and producing single wall and double wall rotationally molded components. Because rotational molding is done without utilizing pressure, rotationally molded proRotational Molding Toolsducts do not have built in stress points which negatively affect product strength, impact resistance, or dimensional tolerances. Jeco Plastics specializes in products which require high strength and will be used in high impact environments. Jeco Plastics pallets and containers typically enjoy service lives well in excess of 25 years, in the most abusive environments. Jeco Plastics expertise has yielded products for the printing, automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and food manufacturing industries, among others. Jeco also has extensive experience in material selection. Jeco routinely suggests material combinations which, when used in modern Jeco Plastics manufacturing equipment, enable us to design complex internal structures which carry loads far in excess of the design strength of the basic materials. Jeco Plastics has the ability to form optically clear parts in materials which normally can be produced only by injection molding. Typical of these materials are cyclic olefin copolymers, and oxidizable materials Cross section closeupsuch as polyamides and hydroscopic materials such as polycarbonate. Jeco Plastics can routinely hold tolerances as close as +0, -2mm on 1200mm parts.Jeco Plastics can readily integrate nonthermoplastic materials into design solutions, including steel, aluminum, and thermoset materials such as urethane. The maximum part size is 4.1 meters.

Jeco Plastics designs are developed in conjunction with field engineers, shop technicians, and the Jeco manufacturing staff to ensure that all options are carefully considered.
